Boundaries is a significant topic that identifies the importance of having healthy personal guidelines to live by. This session challenges us to look at the boundaries we have set for ourselves and take note of areas that need to be adjusted to bring us closer to a healthier lifestyle.  When we do create healthy boundaries for ourselves, we will be stronger physically, mentally and emotionally to give out to others, making good decisions for them and ourselves.
