ABOUT THIS SESSION
Because sometimes in life stuff just happens, we may not want it to happen or we may not welcome it. How do we deal when bad things happen in our life? This session focuses on emotions and how to properly deal with these emotions. It looks at choices in life and importantly the need for forgiveness in our lives, forgiveness for ourselves and forgiveness for others
